Jag Randhawa is a Technology Executive, Venture Capital Advisor, Professional Speaker and award-winning author of the book “The Bright Idea Box.” Jag serves as the Vice President and CIO at CAMICO Mutual Insurance, where he developed the MASTER Innovation program to engage employees and foster a culture of innovation. Jag frequently speaks on the topics of Innovation, Leadership and Employee Engagement, and shares real life stories of building high performance teams, award-winning products, and fostering a culture of innovation. Prior to joining CAMICO, he worked as an IT consultant and engineer serving a broad range of industries. Jag lives in the San Francisco Bay area with his wife and two daughters.

ITA Mission Statement
The goal of the Insurance Technology Association is to provide members with opportunities to collaborate, educate, network, share, and use knowledge related to insurance technology. The ITA serves the insurance technology community as a resource and is dedicated to serving this specialized sector of the industry. Publications and educational programs created by the ITA are geared to professionals interested in or charged with evaluating, implementing, and marketing insurance-specific technology systems or services.
The next issue of ITA Pro magazine will be published in February, 2017. The cover story will focus on policy administration systems and the importance of data to make the policy engines hum. We will also look at the more recent phenomenon of core systems in the cloud. In addition, there will be a feature aerticle on the importance of insurers keeping their promise to policyholders when it comes to claims. The issue also will include regular features,such as columns from George Grieve, the partners at Strategy Meets Action, and Russ Bostick of MVP Advisory Group. Launchpad, the newest department in the magazine and written by Jennifer Overhulse, covers the insurtech world.
